Key Ingredients
– Nettle is known to reduce the appearance of blemishes and promote a clearer skin
– Zinc is known to boost skin healing and protect skin cells from oxidative stress
– 2 Strains of Probiotics: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG and Lactococcus lactis spp lactis HA136, two live bacteria strains. The GG has been extensively studied for its soothing effect on skin, and the HA136 creates vinegar in situ in the gut.
– Prebiotics: Inulin is a natural prebiotic found in chicory, perfect for feeding the gut microbiome.
How to Use
